QUICK & RELIABLE JOBSITE DELIVERIES

We deliver to all types of jobsites across the greater San Francisco Bay Area on our own fleet of trucks.  Freight rates vary depending on size of load, jobsite type, and distance.  Most delivery charges are waived for orders greater than $500!

PRE-MANUFACTURED ROOF TRUSSES

Do your plans call for pre-manufactured roof trusses?  No problem.  Our partner manufacturing companies will build to your specs and deliver to the plate-line of your jobsite by boom truck.  Your Osborne Sales Rep will work with you to confirm all measurements and ensure there are no delays on the jobsite.

WHOLESALER SERVICES

Provide us with your material list by phone, fax, email, or via this website.  We will have your estimate completed within 24 hours in most cases.

Blueprint take-off’s are completed either in-house or by independent professionals and are deemed reliable.  Costs vary depending on job but average $.15/square foot.  This cost is waived upon material purchase.

· QUICK SHIP DELIVERIES ON LESS-THAN-UNIT DELIVERIES TO BAY AREA JOBSITES — We can assist with quick ship capabilities, or market pricing for quoting purposes on smaller deliveries.

· RELOADING — Need a yard to receive a diverted mill direct load the jobsite can’t accept at the moment?  Need a yard to RECEIVE AND RE-DELIVER A SHORT LOAD from a specialty distributor who is unable to jobsite deliver?

· CUSTOM MILLING — Resawn Packages, Primed Trim, Borate Treated Sills, Engineered Wood Products, Beveled Caps, Custom Cut Packages.

#1 & Btr grade Select Exposed Douglas Fir or Redwood Con Heart Resawn Trellis/Pergola Packages are a specialty!  All are custom milled to your specifications. 

Resawn Trellis Packages

Specify the length you need and we’ll cut it.  Ordering pre-cut headers and studs will give you consistency, accuracy, and will save you time on the jobsite.

Select a pattern from our sample gallery.  Our mill can manufacture with quality and consistency.  Decorative pre-manufactured corbels are also available.  Ask your Osborne Sales Rep for more information.

Corbels & Knee Braces

We have the milling expertise to handle your custom sizes.  Resawing, Surfacing, Special Reveals, Plywood Ripping, Primed Trim, Sized Engineered Wood Products, Beveled Caps, & Blocking can all be worked in our mill.  Saving time on the jobsite will help your bottom line.
