Return & Consignment Policies

  • No returns for credit after 30 days.

  • Special order items are not returnable for credit.

  • Custom milled items are not returnable for credit.

  • Engineered Wood Products that were special ordered and/or cut to length are not returnable for credit.

  • All items accepted for return must be in a saleable condition, or similar to the condition of which the product was originally sold. Items that have been used (cut, nail holes, paint splatter, mud/jobsite foot tracks, etc.) are not reutrnable for credit.

  • All returns are subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee, plus any applicable freight charges for material picked up.


Note: If your return is the result of an Osborne Lumber Company error, you will not be charged a restocking fee. 
Consignment returns are available as a service, but forwarded credit is not guaranteed. 
Additional freight charges may apply.
