We deliver to jobsites across the greater San Francisco Bay Area and outlying counties.  All of our drivers are experienced Teamsters and able to quickly, efficiently, and safely deliver to some of the most challenging locations.  Let us know what you need and when  you need it -- we'll make it happen! Deliveries are available Monday thru Friday, 6am - 3pm. Deliveries are typically scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that quick-ship is needed, please call our dispatch office at 510.793.3838. You will be given a 4 hour window for delivery. Orders are typically offloaded by roll-off or hand unload for more fragile products. Freight Rates depend are quoted on an order by order basis and are dependant on distance, jobsite accessibility, and order volume.

Services include: - Resaw & Special Net Sizing of Dimensional Lumber & Timbers - Corbels & Knee Braces - Planing - up to 18" - Special Reveals - Plywood Ripping - Sized Engineered Wood Products - Beveled Caps - Cut To Length Studs & Blocking - Drill & Screen Blocking

Provide us with your material list by phone, fax, email, or click here. One of our sales representitives will assist you to make sure you are getting the right materials for your budget. Estimates are typically completed within 24 hours. We also offer plan reading & take-off services. Costs vary depending on job but average $.10 - $.15/square foot depending on size of job and complexity, and can take from 1-5 days to complete. The take-off cost is credited back to your account upon material purchase.

Do your plans call for pre-manufactured engineered roof trusses? No problem. Our partner manufacturing companies will build to your specs and deliver to the plate-line of your jobsite by boom truck. Your Osborne Sales Rep will work with you to confirm all measurements and ensure there are no delays on the jobsite.
